If you are reading this, then there is a possibility you are seeking a “life raft” or “lifeboat” in stormy seas;you may have a different description of your crisis, that is OK.  Being overwhelmed by its very nature suggests pressure and challenges to time, capacity and capability.

First call is try to respond, rather than react. Seek personal safety, starting with physically. Do you need help ?

Second call is any safety plan that you have previously created.

Reduced to one breathe at a time and recalibration. Discovering how fragile daily life can be. Depths of passion, sense activity and sense ability rarely fathomed before the present pressures and challenges.

Take time to REST and RESTORE.
